Wright, whose personal blog, Ensight provides some of the latest and most compelling information in the blogging industry (and for him, it is an industry), has written one of the most comprehensive introductions to the subject of business blogging. The principles transfer well to te area of ministry as well. Some apply; some don't. Do your own sorting.
The Ooze Annual Blog Tools Roundup is sort of old, but is a good introduction to the subject of blogging. Just keep in mind that some of the information is out of date.

At the risk of putting myself out of busisness before I get started, let me recomend a blog for bloggers and thoses whoare tmepted with the prospect of dangling their feet in the blog bog.

Bloggers Blog is more than just an online journal. It connects numerous sources through links that can give an aspriring online journaler a wealth of information and instruction. You will find solid website referrals and book recomendations including one of my favorites on the subject: Blog Marketing. The parent site is WritersWriteInc.com .

Some of the things you'll need to be learning about is syndication, often associated with terms like feeds, RSS, XML, and subscriptions.

One source for learning is Blogger.com itself, our host. When you log-in you will find a number of helpful articles and blogs on blogging.

All of the services have them. Avail yourself of them.

I will be using this blog to write hints for navigating what to many is a new world.

It is OK to clog through it , plod, or whatever your preference is.

It is a mistake-free zone.

Enjoy the ride and see my feeble attempts in my profile and at the Dream Factory.
